Pool Table Shipping and Delivery

Briarwood Billiards offers among the fastest and most detailed shipping and handling by guaranteeing that your table will be at your house within 3 weeks*. Unlike many of our competitors, our free shipping offer includes the unloading of your table from the truck into any room of your choice within 2 floors from the main level. Our competitors charge at least an additional $199 for this service! If they offer it at all.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an important email outlining the shipping procedure and provide you with the shipping information. Once your order and shipping instructions have been received, we personally inspect your table by hand to ensure that there is no damage before shipping. After table is then picked up by our shipper you will receive a second email giving you the estimated date your table should arrive at your house. Shortly thereafter the shipper will call you to set up a delivery time.

Once you receive the table please inspect all contents to insure that nothing has noticeably damaged in transit. Be sure to remove the slate from the specially made crate to make sure they aren’t damaged (PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR TABLE UNTIL THIS IS DONE). One additional note: If your house is not accessible to a 28’ tracker trailer please notify us to make additional arrangements for delivery. If the shipper arrives and is not able to deliver your table due to inaccessibility there will be an additional fee charged to your credit card.

Problems with Pool Table Delivery
Damage occurs in fewer than 0.5% of all shipments; however, if your table does have damage we want to ensure that the process of getting you replacement parts or a new table is as seamless as possible. If your pool table arrives damaged in any way, please sign for the table as damaged. If you sign the delivery form free and clear of damage, you are stating that you received your pool table in good condition, and if you later discover that there is damage to the pool table we will have to assume that the damage occurred after the pool table was delivered.

Upon discovery of any issues or damage with the table, please contact us immediately. We will attempt sort out any issues with the delivery truck driver. It is very important that you don’t throw anything away. This includes the crate and packing materials. Set everything in a safe area and wait for us to give you further instructions. There will be a short investigation performed by the shipping company to determine who is at fault. Your responsibility is to make sure no boxes have visible damage and that each piece of slate is inspected to make sure they are still intact. If there is damage, simply sign for the pool table as damaged and we’ll take care of you.
